Terms of Use

Deduce is a free daily reasoning puzzle, with optional paid extras (the Pro subscription and the one-time Puzzle Book eBook). By using it, you agree to these straightforward terms.

Using Deduce

• The daily game is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.
• Play fairly: don't attempt to cheat the leaderboard, automate solving, scrape puzzles, or interfere with the service or other players.
• The daily puzzle, its clues and solutions are part of the service and may not be republished as your own.

Paid products

• Pro subscription — ₹199/month. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at ₹199 (via UPI Autopay or card, processed by Razorpay) until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account: you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you are not charged again. If the price ever changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal.
• The Puzzle Book (eBook) — one-time purchase. You get a personal-use licence to the PDF: keep it on your devices and print it for your own study. Don't share, resell or republish it — one copy per buyer is what keeps a two-person team making more of these.
• Prices include GST. Every price we show is in Indian Rupees and is inclusive of GST at the applicable rate — the amount on the price card is the amount you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Deduce is operated by Launchship IT & Media Services Private Limited, registered under GST with GSTIN 36AADCL0431G1ZY. Need a GST invoice for a purchase? Email [email protected] with your payment reference and we'll send one.
• Payments & refunds. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see your card or UPI credentials. Cancellation and refund terms are in the refund policy; digital delivery terms are in the shipping policy. A refund returns the full amount you paid, GST included.

Accounts

Optional sign-in (Google, or a passwordless email code) lets you save your streak across devices and is required for purchases so we can attach them to you durably. You're responsible for the account you sign in with; keep it secure. We may suspend access for abuse, attempts to game the leaderboard, or payment fraud — if a paid account is suspended for abuse, any unused period is not refunded.

No warranty

Deduce is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability and accurate scoring but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; changes that affect a paid subscription are notified before your next renewal.

Governing law

Deduce is operated by Launchship IT & Media Services Private Limited, Hyderabad, India. These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
