## Shipping & Delivery Policy

Deduce is a 100% digital service. No physical goods are shipped — everything is delivered electronically.

### Digital delivery only

Deduce does not sell or ship any physical products. The daily reasoning puzzle is delivered through our website and Progressive Web App at [deducepuzzles.com](https://deducepuzzles.com), accessible online wherever the app is reachable.

### Premium entitlements

When you purchase the Pro subscription (or a one-time eBook), access is granted to your account **immediately** after the payment is confirmed — there is no shipment and no waiting period. Premium features unlock as soon as the payment provider confirms your transaction.

### Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges, because nothing is physically shipped.

### If access isn't delivered

If your payment succeeded but premium features have not activated within a few minutes, please refresh the app, or email [hello@deducepuzzles.com](mailto:hello@deducepuzzles.com) with your payment reference / order ID. We will activate your access or, where applicable, process a refund under our [Refund & Cancellation Policy](https://deducepuzzles.com/refund).
